Preferred Insurance was more than helpful. I have never been so impressed with an insurance brokerage company before. Jim Gulalo and team was friendly, available, and knowledgeable. I got set up with my preferred plan with in a week and being a newbie to finding my own plan, I actually learned a whole lot along the way. Jim provided detailed guidance and always assured me that he would keep my personal information confidential, this built an element of trust which is hard to find these days but Preferred Insurance sure has that down as well. I love working with James at Preferred Insurance. When I first came over from Geico, my rates would go up and when I called them, there was nothing they could offer that would lower my rate. If my rates go up now James has multiple companies that he can use to shop my policy. He saved me a substantial amount of money when I did switch from Geico and Allstate.
