Over 6 years with them. Got several other quotes from others including all state for $130 less for identical coverage. Called asking to see if they could recalculate my policy. They never called back(until after I had canceled my policy already), I arrive to find agents sitting around doing nothing, and playing on their phones. I canceled my insurance, and there was zero effort to stop me, or persuade me not to. TLDR: They will knowingly overcharge you, zero loyalty here. Additionally, after posting this, Jeff called me on my cellphone threating legal action if I did not ammend this review.

I was having lots of issues with previous agent and had been shopping around for new insurance. I spoke with an agent with state farm named lee and he saved me around $30 a month and I got renters insurance. Everybody is always pleasant and friendly and professional. Seems like they actually care. Thank you Lee from state from I appreciate every penny you saved me.
