avoid this office. sed poche is a criminal in a business suit. quite honestly one of the rudest unprofessional insurance offices you can find in Vegas. Sed poche is personally the cancer of his own office. state farm is already overcharging locals for insurance but this guy take it to a new level trying to scam you out of extra "deposits" and attempts to extort you for your bank info. I left this scam artist and got the EXACT coverage and even some extra for HALF of what this crooked was charging me monthly. absolutly 100% fact i saved over 2k a year switching to a different agency. i wont even say which one to avoid sounding like a paid review. summed up dont do business with this office. if you like state farm go elsewhere. trust me it will save you headaches, time, and money.

Very disrespectful and arrogant way of talking to me there Sed. Who do you think you are... Do you talk to all your customers like that, very unprofessional. Statefarm is failing to gain my loyalty and i really do see their true colors now that they have to do a little typing and work on someones policy. I wish someone would make a commerical like the liberty mutual one that says "no you picked the wrong insurance company" sorry for you people having to do your jobs?

Sed and his staff not only saved me money by having all of my insurance in one place they were also extremely helpful in doing so. I dont think anyone really likes dealing with insurance but its something we all have to do and I would recommend Sed to anyone looking for help.
