I had a need for complex commercial insurance and I was having a difficult time finding someone to understand our model and then translate that to the insurers. Well, I called American Best and asked for the best person they have for commercial insurance and they transferred me to Nick Patterson. Huge blessing ! He listened to my needs understood our model and got in contact with the insurance provider to explain what we would be submitting. To my amazement we were insured plus my premium was way below what I expected to pay. On a side note: as an owner of a company you notice talented people in action and I got to see that first hand in person....everything organized, meticulous, his communication skills, and most importantly he gets things done and keeps you in the loop along the way.
