She is flexible and goes beyond the mile to ensure the customer is satisfy. I highly recommend this place and recommend Paola Quinonez who gives excellent customer service. People at this branch are very helpful everytime I have a question about my insurance policy they are always there to help and if they arent sure of something they quickly try to figure it out. Paola is always very helpful been going with her for two years and always figures out any problem i have definitely recommend going to this location with Paola.

Generally, this place is great to deal with. I have had renters insurance with them for 3 years. Now that i want to cancel it, they do not return calls. I have called and left 2 messages with no return call. I will try one more time, then I call my bank to stop payments on my card. Maybe then I will get a return call.
