I can’t praise Pete Formica or TheMedicareStore ENOUGH! I have had a rough three years with my last Medicare plan, and came to find that the agent that originally set me up with a plan 3 years ago did NOT have my best interests, or care, in mind. Furthermore, I have spent the last year paying cash price to see the doctor that was best for me (as I have a very rare disease AND because I’m so young). Pete came to my home, since I am unable to drive to their office (on a Saturday, no less!), and went through ALL of the plans that I qualified for and went the extra mile (or I should say MILES!) to get me the plan that was going to benefit me the most. He was consistently keeping in touch with me, and was quick to answer all of my calls, to ensure we could get the right plan to allow me the care that I have been desperately needing for the last year, and was unable to get through my previous plan. Words will never be able to express my gratitude for all he has done for me! I highly recommend this company (and Pete, in particular) to anyone that may be looking or contemplating switching Medicare plans this enrollment period. It has changed my outlook on my situation & has given me piece of mind, now that I know I can see the doctors I need to see for my disease. Thank you SO very much, Pete & TheMedicareStore, for EVERYTHING! If I could, I would come and hug each and every one of you!

I had an absolutely great overall experience at the Medicare Store!! Three days before I was due to enroll in Medicare for the first time, I reached out to the Medicare Store to get an overview of all plan options, even though I previously met with other brokers at non-related establishments representing only 1 plan option. The Medicare Store was able to get me into their office the same day, and I was fortunate to have been scheduled with Zach Venezia. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and polite. He went over a buffet of options, thoroughly explaining each plan - both the pros and cons - based on my needs. With his help, I was able to make an intelligent decision prior to enrolling. I also referred someone else and he enrolled her in a plan the same day! Throughout the process, I never once felt as if I was being sold a product or service. I went their seeking last minute assistance and what I got was the best possible customer experience! She took the time to help me through the process and double checked the info that I had already entered into the system just to make sure that everything was good. She also took the time to check and verify that each and every one of my many prescriptions was covered on the plans that we were contemplating on for me. Her demeanor was amazing as was her ears listening to my concerns. A great place in Las Vegas to find the best Medicare plan to fit your needs. They offer all of the Medicare plans in Nevada including Supplements, Medicare Advantage, and Part D prescription plans. They are friendly and patient while explaining everything about Medicare. The insurance carriers pay them to help you, so to you there is no cost for their help. They take care of the enrollment for you and are available for in-office or in-home appointments. Highly recommended.
