Call for a quote on Friday was good, call a second time to make sure if he had heard right and make an appointment for Saturday, but when I went the next day Saturday, "ups, and subio..no why, so is what insurance ".. that answered me, I did go to his office and over charge for the quote, preferred to go to another agency to tell me the truth, to lie ... not before so, Miss Lisset I catered once was different, but I do not see there, the new agency workers that have no destination in treating people, never returned to that agency.

FRAUD! After they ran my driving record and history they confirmed a quote. I cancelled my existing policy. They DOUBLED the quote immediately! Bad business practice. illiterate agent or is this a Fraudulent agency that assisted me? BEWARE!
