Worst service ever, first I tell my some what supposed broker that I wasnt a citezen nor I wanted to apply for the tax relief that I knew I qualified for. Although I told him all of that stuff and explaining my reasons to not wanting federal relief, he still decided to sign me up. Now that he signed me up for that tax relief now I got sent to the back of the line on my immigration application due to the fact that he requested a tax relief for me when i didnt ask for one! I am a really upset about this not about the $100 the broker laughs at me about but I am upset cause the step closer I was to getting a legal stats is gone all because the broker decided to ask for something for me I didnt want and specifically specified that I didnt want it. FYI, I worked the nevada health link campaign so I know how the affordable care act works. I just hope the broker that took care of me gets fired and that my stuff gets worked out cause up to this day today they are still trying to place me on a tax relieved program! so if anyone higher ranked that could take my case please let me know!

Nevada Benefits, through Trish Colleti , has been connecting our family with health care providers for the last six years. When insurance for our college aged son was going to be over $700 a month through our employer, Trish prepared a plan that was 1/7 the cost. This plan was in effect until his employer provided insurance coverage. When PERS and Teachers Health Trust began arbitration concerning retired employees, she was once again available. When the PERS insurance rates for spouses tripled, Trish was able to connect us with new insurance , effective in one month. Nevada Benefits , through Trish , eliminated all of the headaches and hours of research on our part, and replaced that time with qualified information so we could make the best decision. To say I am satisfied would be an understatement! All I can say is thank goodness I called Trish at Nevada Benefits! Due to all of the changes to health insurance coverage I was canceled by my plan at the end of last year (2013). I had done my orginal sign up for my new insurance myself through the appropriate online places and sent in my money thinking January 1, 2014, I would be covered. In January, I discovered they had lost my payment and I had no coverage, it was a nightmare! I was in desparate need of some medical atttention. Toward the end of February I contacted Trish and through much dedication and time on her part, she was able to resolve my issues. Thank you Trish!! It could not have happened without her!
