Called to see if they would service out 2002 Indian had not run in a year. Service dept. said sure one day. Tom was their agent (he is now looking for a job) . 3 weeks later was kept being informed not ready. new service director Travis .informed me of problems , we agreed. Two days later bike was ready. Travis took what could have been a negative situation and made it a positive pleasant experience. Keep Up the good work Travis. Jim

The guy in the service department are absolute crooked as all get out....I asked what the bottom line on a set of utv tires were and by the time I was going to pay they came up with a DOT tax on top of taxes allready paid ......all of this was a hand written sale invoice .......will never do buisness there again ......and they have forever lost a customer and I hope you take caution if you decide to as well

A few weeks ago, Mike Lanyk and I had a intro conversation about a starter dirt bike for my son. He was enthusiastic, helpful, and knowledgeable. When it came time to buy (yesterday) I sought him out, he went out of his way to bring me through the chosen bike again and will do the same when it gets picked up tomorrow - his day off. I had an issue with a front tire, a defective tube, which I purchased and had put on somewhere else, brought it to the service dept here when I got a flat, and I am damn glad I did. I am very impressed with Gaston and Travis, they took professionalism to another level. I recommend them highly. Thanks again guys!
