We live in the heart of Harley-Davidson country and have about 20+ HD dealerships in the state of Wisconsin, we have many options, but it was an easy choice for me to know where I was going to go to. OPEN ROAD HARLEY-DAVIDSON! I love the fact that every single person really cares about your experience. They know how to make you feel right at home and they know how to make you feel special. When I walked in the door I knew this was my HD family. Pete (owner) & Mike (sales manager), personally showed me around the dealership as well as the bikes. This was to be my very first HD bike purchase and wanted to make sure it was the right fit. Mike even make arrangements to get one of the demo bikes ready for me on Wednesday to ride as I was that excited to get on a bike before the season started! The personal touch and attention was remarkable. I ended up going with the 2013 Chrome Yellow Pearl Street Glide! The rest of the story is like a dream, I found my dealership, found my bike, now for the rest. Monica ROCKS! She made the financing painless and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The Motorclothes department is amazing, I wanted a specific leather jacket but they did not have it in my size and made every effort to get me the size I needed. However when I called to check on it, they suggested a special edition one that would match my bike perfectly! They knew how to outfit me in style! Taylor and Jake know their parts and accessories. I did not have a large budget for those items but they gave me tips on getting the most bang for my buck! Scott and Wheels in Service are terrific! I will admit, being a woman in in the shop can be intimidating and sometimes you can feel as you are being taken advantage of, NOT here.. they also made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain things to me. To the men behind the walls, the Service Techs. I know with certainty my bike is being taken care of like their own, they take pride in their work. I appreciate and am thankful for everyone at ORHD, each of you made this an enjoyable experience. This dealership is one well-oiled machine! Moral of the story, I was so happy with my purchase and experience, my husband decided he needed to get a bike too! Can you guess where he went ? Open Road Harley-Davidson of course!

WOW!!!!! I went into Open Road about a month ago with my son. I was looking for my 1st Harley Davidson so I was pretty intimidated. I wasnt sure if I belonged on a Harley but I really was interested in one. So the minute I went in Pete was very friendly and Knowledgeable about all the bikes. I didnt relize there was so many differant Bikes and options on them. Pete took the time to explain what i would guess as all the options. I left that day with the knowledge and confidence that a Harley was in my future. After doing my due diligence and visiting other HD Dealers I have concluded that there isnt one even close to the customer service you recieve at Open road. Heck I was at a differant dealer and they looked at me for over 30 minutes before anyone even said Hello. I have been in Open Road 7-8 times in a month and never had bad service. I bought my 1st Harley and just love it. After the purchase of the bike they make a big deal of it by ringing a bell. Then everyone and I mean everyone stops what they are doing and congrats you. Then you get to take the tour and meet everyone and every single person treets you like family. My wife was even impressed with everything when she was there. She says she never experienced anything like that before. When we picked up the bike that day Mike went through it with us and was very detailed orientated.. There was a lot to learn that day and I really dont think I can remember it all. I will not hesitate to call them and ask the questions. I really believe they will come out to help me with anything. When it comes to service I had a bit of work done putting options on. The guys were very helpful and friendly, another great experience. When it comes to running a business these guys have it down. I gaurantee that all my friends will know about my experience at Open Road. AWESOME!!!!!! Way to go Pete,Lori,Karen,Monica,Mike,Wheels,Steve and all my new friends. Keep up the great work.

I started looking for a new bike early this summer. After a couple disappointing trips to my local HD dealer, I decided it was time to find a different dealership to purchase my new Street Glide from. I had been to ORHD in the past for a fund raiser event; I remembered the staff being helpful and very friendly. So, I thought I would give them a chance. When I walked in ORHD, I was greeted by Pete. I told him what I was looking for and he set me up on a test ride. The initial experience was 10 times better than what I had received from other dealerships. After a few emails, we settled on a trade-in price for my 06 Street Glide and a purchase price of my new Street Glide. When I picked up my new bike, I was introduced to Mike and the rest of the staff. Mike went over everything with me and got me on my way. Since then, I have been back to ORHD several times and am greeted by name! Their customer service is second to none. I will gladly drive 45 minutes south to ORHD and work with Pete and his staff versus driving 10 minutes to the HD dealership just down the road. Every HD item I purchase in the future, from clothes to my next bike, will be from ORHD.

A big Thank You to Pete, Lori, and the entire staff at ORHD for the outstanding customer service, A job well done. It all started several years ago when I first stopped in at ORHD. The warm family like feeling I got when I walked through the door, and everybody went out of there way to say hello. At that point I decided to have all of my service, repairs and custom work done at ORHD. They have done an outstanding job on everything that I have had done. I stopped in to see Pete and Mike one cold December day, and it had been six to eight mounts since I had been in at ORHD. Every where I went in the dealer, the staff said hello and called me by my first name. That made me feel very special and appreciated. I live an hour away from ORHD, but it is well worth the drive. I just purchased a 2014 Street Glide from Mike and Pete and it was the best buying experience that I ever had. The entire dealership is by far the best. I can not say enough good things about ORHD. We continue to ride and drive farther for parts, accessories, events, service and to just visit with the owners, our salesman and the entire team. After almost 3 years of enjoying my 09 Heritage purchased at Open Road H-D, I wanted to upgrade the cables and handlebars and immediately knew that Open Road was the right place to do that. INCREDIBLE HARLEY EXPERIENCE !!!! "I was on the hunt for my first Harley when I stopped by Open Road to look at a 2007 Ultra. The time I spent with Pete was informational and certainly enlightening. He took the time to make sure I was well informed and he answered all of my questions without issue. The next afternoon I rode away from Open Road on my first Harley, a 2011 Ultra Classic. I have to say that Open Road Harley Davidson in FDL Wi is the best dealership in the country that I have been in most have a indifferent attitude. This dealership Does Not, After owning several Harley s I will and plan on getting more work done at this one. The sales staff Mike was great the parts and service staff are a cut above the rest I ordered major top end work done on a Monday Heads pistons... and such the bike was ready On Thursday I would rate this Dealership A 10

The Open Road crew go out of their way to make you feel at home from the time you first walk into the doors until the time you leave. Great selection in the Motor Clothes dept and parts pros that know what you want! The service team headed by Scott Schnabl will get you in and out in a flash...done right the first time. It is a great place to stop on your way "Up North" on Hwy 41. This place has a great vibe!
