I am going to make a complaint to better business bureau. The reseptionest verbally attacked Customers. I watched other customers before me get verbally attacked by reception woman. She denies this and I am a witness. The minute after I asked her a question about my business She stated in a verbal attack " I told you that I would call you about your services". I have to go to a state vehicle license office to find out status on vehicle tags. I cannot take any more verbal attacks

Called the office today was told no wait to get new tag. I responded 15 minutes later and was helped as soon as i walked in. The woman helping me also checked to see if i was eligible for a plate credit by checking the DmV website for.me. low and behold i was eligible and that discount saved me $225 off the price. I was pleasantly surprised. Great Customer service, nice employees. Would highly recommend to a friend. 2 thumbs up..

Before I could find a seat shortly after my arrival I was greeted by Alexa. She was very professional, honest, and upfront! The staff was willing to roll up their sleeves and help each other although they were busy. I arrived at 4:45pm and was out by 5pm. Fast service!! Great job guys and thanks for everything!! I look forward to doing business with you all in the future!!

I received friendly, fast professional service. Walked in worried about some questions about my motorcycle title; walked out with a smile on my face. Very good service, they make sure to mention NEXT DAY PICKUP. So be aware of that. Otherwise I highly recommend State Auto Tag and Insurance Agency to anyone in the area.

About two yeads ago, this place caused my drivers license to be suspended due to their inability to proof read and double check, insurance paper. I called them, and they ssid they had no record of my registration. Which I already had the registration and paid fee for reregistering.

Staff was extremely nice. Slow location, nothing bad to say about the service. However be warned that your tag will take 2-4 days to be processed and made and you have to return to the location to get it. Edit: its been 2 months never received title. Steer clear of this place
