DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!!! The Worst Customer Service.....banked with them for 15 years both business and personal. They were ok in the beginning...within the last 4 years they have had the worst customer service I have ever come across. I opened an on going Credit line with them 4 years ago to start a new business. Last year i received a call telling me they are putting in a maturity date on the credit line and that i needed to pay it off with in 2 months. I told them i knew nothing about this, the BofA representative told me they mailed out letters letting their customers know. I asked him how the letter was it sent "certified" he said no just regular mail. Well... we all know about the USPS. I never received the letter. He told me that was not his fault and that I need to pay the whole amount off within the next few months are they were going to turn me over to collections. I just recently closed all my accounts with BofA. I am with a new smaller bank and the personal service is Awesome!! I would highly recommend using a small bank for ALL your banking needs. They can do exactly what the big banks can do but with less attitude and NO FEES!!

IF THE DEVIL WAS ON EARTH, IT WOULD SURELY BE BANK OF AMERICA. I have a Bank of America Credit Card, Checking account, and Savings Account for almost a decade. This past year, when the company was struggling to stay alive, they began stealing money from my account. Yes, stealing from my account. They began sending my bills late so they could charge me extra money for late fees. They did this 2 times, then my Credit Report was ruined. Once my credit score fell, they began charging me 25% interest on my accounts - its almost illegal to charge such a high rate. I battled with them for a year, and its a lost cause. This company is faceless, they are cheats, and we should have watched them collapse.

Horrible customer service. 2 hours on the phone transferred all over the place 5 different answers to my question. No resolution to my problem. Bank Of America should learn the meaning of customer service before they state they offer customer service. I had the same issue with Chase and it took 5 minutes and one phone call to resolve. I would strongly recommend Chase over Bank Of America, Chase seems to know what customer service is and they provide excellent efficient customer service with out the hassle of dealing with Bank Of America.

Could never stop getting obtuse fees and charges. Conversations with customer support would produce different reasons for the same error each time I called, and I could never get the same person twice. Very poor customer service. The teller machines are convenient, but not worth the hassle of the above.

They are closing more teller windows at different locations to cut back. Cut back on what? Jobs? How about cutting back in other departments. Like 1600.00 meals involving excessive alcohol and belly dances..........yes I can think of 200 million dollars in cutbacks that could be made!

Bank or American is a terrible bank. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs. Our mortgage was sold to BofA two years and it is one hassle after another hassle and they even charge for automated by payments by phone. My advice--use a credit union.

I am a BOA customer in California. Perhaps the person who has had such a terrible experience has never had real BOA service, having Nations instead. Just calling something Bank of America does not make it so. I have had nothing but wonderful service.

Bank of America obviously does not promote or require Customer Service relationships or the skills from their employees. In fact, in my opinion skills of any kind are not required for a person to work at Bank of America in any capacity/ position.

Love bank of america there are so many locations because I travel to many states for example Florida and I never have trouble finding a bank close to where I am at... Just wish they had the NFL debit cards that would this make bank perfect

$100.00 came up missing out of my account, of course transactions got moved around for it to look as if it was my fault. Regardless I am out 100.00 and that is ridiculous, DAMN IT BANK OF AMERICA!!!!
