Due to this location I will be closing out my bank account, the manager here at this location she has horrible customer service skills. This is not base of 1 time experience several occasion from me coming here. She always looks like she hates her job, pick and choose who to help. This location use to be a nice place, but i refuse to step back foot into this place. They need to re-train the manager at this bank. Oh and this bank ATM is always broken - plus PNC always charging for fees I will no longer contiune to be a customer to this bank.

I have been to other PNC branches in the area and I am always coming back to this one! The staff is so friendly and genuinely care about you as an individual. My husband and I have been banking with PNC for as long as I can remember, and we always encourage those not completely satisfied with their back to check PNC out and all they have to offer.

Have been a customer of PNC for several years in Maryland. Visited some friends in N.C. and much to my dismay ,discovered PNC was closed on Saturday??? But, fortunately the banks in MAryland are open on Saturdays

Actually this is not true. This bank located at the Promenade is a full service RBC bank, it even has a drive-thru. The ATM only location is located on the UNCC campus, right off Hwy 49

The staff specially manager is extremly nice. They go out of the way to help. Went to close account. Ended up getting another product from them.
