Great Team of Attorneys!!! We have been searching for a good bankruptcy lawyer for a while and came across Jon Brooks on Yelp. We decided to give them a try and we are glad we did. They were very helpful in answering all our questions and in the end we decided to retain them for our Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Their team is very responsive both by email and phone which is something I never seen from any of our previous attorneys. The bankruptcy process went very smooth and they held our hands all the way through. At our meeting with the trustee and creditors, we arrived early to see want others had to go through. I was getting very nervous seeing others with attorneys getting bombarded with questions and incomplete paperwork. When it was our turn, we sat in front of the trustee and everything was in order on our case. I was so relieved on how smooth it went and we were done in about 5 minutes. Our bankruptcy is now discharged and we are moving forward in our lives. Thanks Brooks and team for all your help through this!

One Word.... EXCEPTIONAL!!! Jon and his team was very helpful and Knowledgeable! In the all the chaos that was going on Jon was able to put direction and Order Back. During the filing of my "bankruptcy," his team was there every step of the way. every questions that I had was answered and was really explained to me so that I can understand what was going on. He showed me all the options that was available to me. He told me how it really is without beating around the bush. I like how he is a straight shooter! i would recommend Jon and his team to anyone who needs help in learning and filing for bankruptcy! I loved working with everyone in the office. I felt a high level of sympathy coming from everyone when dealing with my case. I mostly admired the high level of professionalism that everyone carried in the office. I really appreciated that Linda (paralegal) was very knowledgeable in her field and could answer questions for me right away either via phone or e-mail. They definietly took the stress out of this process! Even after my BK was discharged, I e-mailed the office to send me a copy of my discharge notice (that I had misplaced), and received a reply within a few hours. Thank you for your continued support, even after the process has ended!

This office is incredible!!!! Linda, their paralegal, is so sweet and friendly. Jon and David are so knowledgeable and tell you their honest opinions without sugar coating your case. They really made me feel like everything would be okay and they held my hand every step of the way. Filing for bankruptcy is incredibly nerve racking but with the help of everyone at this office, it was totally painless. Jon is the best. Period. I used John for my Chapter 7.. I would strongly recommend him. He explains everything clearly. For me this was a stressful time.... but her makes it as stress free as it can be. If you are thinking of BK then do yourself a solid.... talk to Jon. Side note.... I am now past BK by about 3 months. It is the best thing I ever did! I feel like it is a new beginning. I feel so much less stress. I feel like I have a life! I would strongly recommend it if you need to.

Jon and David really know their stuff. Sure their are a lot of attorneys out there, but they take the time to listen and help you solve your situation and they actually care. They have also become good friends and I have seen them help other people. I definitely would recommend them; I have referred them to others and everyone seems to be happy.
