After being rear-ended at a stop sign, the representation and customer service I received from Mr. Ryan Cunningham was nothing short of excellent! I’m not the type of person who would immediately think to contact an attorney after a car accident. In fact, I tried to work through my claim with the third-party insurance adjuster and mine on my own for the first several months. However, the time and stress of trying to coordinate my medical treatment, deal with adjusters, and recover from injuries and pain suffered from the accident, to include the need for shoulder surgery, made me quickly realize I needed help. During my initial consultation with Mr. Cunningham, I left his office confident that he would ensure I was fairly compensated for the pain, suffering, mounting medical bills, and major lifestyle changes I had received from the negligence of a careless driver. Mr. Cunningham was personable and down to earth but was also extremely knowledgeable and fully informed me of what I may end up facing if we went to trial. His legal assistant Cyndi was a joy to work with, she did an outstanding job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. She was quick to respond to my emails and was always willing to offer clarification and answers to my questions. Once we finally reached a settlement offer with the third-party insurance company, not only did they agree to the compensation we requested, but Mr. Cunningham did a counteroffer, and they on the same day agree to several thousand more! When he called to tell me their first offer, I was overjoyed, but when he called me back to tell me he had negotiated an even high amount, I just couldn’t believe it! I would highly recommend Cunningham and Mears! I wish I could give them 10 stars, they ensured that I was justly compensated for my injuries and any future problems I may have with pain from the injuries I sustained. Thank you! I could not have asked for better representation!

My son and I were involved in a car accident while living in Oklahoma City back in 2015. I was in treatment for injuries resulting in this acccident for 8 months, my car was totaled and I also could not complete functions at work from the pain. Ryan met me in person at a doctors appointment to discuss my lawsuit and made everything effortless for me. Ryan is the type of person who truly cares about the people he represents and fights relentlessly to make sure they do not have to stress over anything more than they already do with being involved in an accident that causes injuries. Ryan and his team have been so helpful and kind to me and worked diligently to ensure the proper paperwork was filed and completed on time. I had to move back to Illinois in 2016 and Ryan was able to work with that as well and we are finally being able to settle our case. My son and I both are receiving adequate compensation and have money coming to us. I would recommend Ryan Cunningham to anyone who needs help. He made me feel important and cared for and went out of his way to make sure I was able to get the help I need and the compensation I deserve. He goes above and beyond as well as the whole team at his law firm. They are all compassionate and intelligent people who are in the right profession.
