I was lucky to get Brian Morton to represent me. To say this law firm is the best is a complete understatement. From the moment I called to the finalization of my entire case the entire office was standing behind me. Every time I needed to call or ask any questions someone was on the phone promptly and made me feel like I was actually important. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. If you are facing a DUI this law firm and Brian Morton are the best choice. Brian walked me through every detail, explained everything to me so I understood it and took all the time to listen and give me real answers. While going through my court process, Brian was assertive and well prepared. He ended up finding small details of my case that no other attorney I searched saw or pointed out. In addition to his knowledge of Oklahoma laws he will walk you through the entire DPS side of your case as well. I am forever grateful I found them. Imagine… You were previously at the bar with friends enjoying the end of a successful semester and had one too many drinks. But, you were fine, you only had a couple. So, you drove yourself home, almost making it successfully too, until you see the flashing red and blue lights behind you. Then the downward spiral of being arrested, having your vehicle towed, and being charged with a DUI is your reality. YOU. The one who never got into trouble, is now facing criminal charges. The legal expertise, explanation of the process, and the team continuously worked on my DUI and state license case is why I am so glad I hired the Hunksucker Legal Group. Yes, they were far more expensive than your local attorney offices, but well worth the extra money! Most attorneys will not explain that a DUI charge will have two separate cases that the defendant will have to fight for, your license case and the criminal charge case. Also, best case scenario most attorneys informed me of was placing a breathalyzer start device in my car. Thankfully, I hired the Hunsucker Legal Group instead and served probation, paid my fines, and most importantly got my life back. Thank you to Douglas Baxter for all your assistance and advice.

Everyone at the firm was great! Kamber and Alisha were always so very friendly and willing to answer questions if possible and even called me when I missed a piece of correspondence, I am so very appreciate and thankful to them for being so helpful, professional and friend. Nicholas Lee was the BEST attorney, he basically held my hand through the process, he always answered my questions and was very professional but very personable and friendly, he did a great job. Kudos to Brian Morton too, he helped with the DPS portion of my case and he always kept me informed about what was going on and what to expect. And they won my DPS case!! I am a highly decorated disabled veteran. Unfortunately, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol has not had training on citizens they pull over with PTSD and the affects over anxiety can cause on an individual with PTSD. But, thank goodness, Hunsucker Legal Group believed in me from the beginning. All though it took well over a year to be resolved since the Logan County DA refused to drop a case with no evidence, Hunsucker was finally able to get the case dismissed. Thank you Nicholas Lee and all of the other staff at Hunsucker. A huge load has been lifted off of my shoulders.
