Company is terrible.. They were will do anything to get their money. Even illegally. ELI is terrible to work with. He told me I had to give him my new employers information or he was going to sue me. They can not do this. The thing I find funny is I was actually calling to increase my payments. He called me a pathetic human being. Well luckily I have had financial advice so now, Im not so concerned with them. They are going on the bottom of my list of creditors to pay and if they decide to garnish, I will be in court with all my financial information on how I have had to have public assistance to survive.

After them having an account of mine for over a year and getting ONE set of letters after I asked for them... I got ZERO correspondence from them, until I filed with the bbb then all of a sudden they magically corrected my address and started sending me letters like they should have all along. What a shady shady company. Took over 5 months to get the documentation I requested.

The rudest people I have EVER had to deal with. You would be better off to file for bankruptcy if you owe the a large amount!
