I initially entered the US as a student on an F-1 visa, and I wanted to remain in the US long-term (I was engaged to a US citizen). Once I graduated, I knew I could no longer rely on the support and knowledge from the advisors at the University International Student Association, and was advised that I should find an attorney who not only specialized in but practiced immigration law exclusively, and who was a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Beverly not only met these criteria, but she had more to offer. When I first began contacting Beverly by e-mail from out-of-state, I was grateful for her quick replies, for her generosity in providing me with invaluable information (even before I had moved to California and officially retained her services), and for her obvious expertise. Upon meeting her, I found that my confidence in her professionalism and knowledge was further reinforced. Beverly was very accessible and prompt, which was critical for me, as I am a very busy health care provider and small business owner. It is not generally easy for me to place others in charge of such important, life-changing matters in my life, but Beverly made me comfortable doing so. I have already recommended her to my cousin, and I would endorse her to anyone who values an honest, experienced, and knowledgeable professional.

We first hired a few immigration lawyers that were quick to take our money and after years, (Yes, years!) of sitting on our case with NO RESULTS we figured we would proceed with another lawyer.
