Kirk is an outstanding attorney who provides personal attention, and dealt with me directly. Kirk and the rest of his team are patient, professional, friendly and easy to work with. Their thoroughness helped make the process of filling my case very easy. My case had IRS and FTB related issues, which required a great deal of waiting, so patience was a must. Kirk was flexible, patient, knowledgeable, upfront, and provided his services at a more than reasonable rate. In particular, I was given minimal charges until the paperwork was ready for filling. They were also patient and professional with maintaining the documents, making free copies, follow-ups, and handling payments. They were upfront very simple and clear. There were no hidden and surprise costs as well. When issues came up that required updates or revision to the case, Kirk made himself available. His team schedules a time and I get a call back if needed, always as promised. On top of this, Kirk is a kind person that is more than willing to explain legal matters to make sure you understand and that gives you various options and their implications, and provides great advice.
