I sustained life altering injuries from an auto accident, after carefully investigating several Law Firms , I chose Goldberg & Osborne . My team at Goldberg was the epitome of excellence. Guess I am not as happy as it seems many of the other reviewers are. I felt many assumptions(promises) were made and basically the end result was me spending several months in physical therapy every time having a copay let alone the massive amount of time it required. Then after all fees were paid I pretty much ended up with the amount the at fault drivers insurance originally offered. You will NEVER get a phone call letting you know how things are going unless YOU make the call, and when you do EVER speak with someone it is always an assistant. I am to blame for not doing any real research on choosing legal help because I easily would have found out that this company is in it to do as little as possible and settle for whatever the other insurance company offers.

This firm sucks the front desk lady is always lost. And my lawyer was Veronica Erran. She sucks. She is super slow. And she is makes you get all the paper work unless you ask her to do it. I cant speak of the other lawyers. But Veronica Erran seems like she is super lazy and wanting to get paid with out working. Unless you know what to have your lawyers do for dont hire gold berg and osberern. The dont think about going the extra mile. And they are not work the time. And dont deserve your money.

Worked with Douglas Settel and a few of his assistants. He personally made a trip to the hospital I was staying at when I was still injured, took very good care of me and my family dealing with all the issues and leaving us very little effort on our behalf to actually place forth allowing amplt time to recover. I had never had a car crash incident of my own to deal with. G&O made sure the process went very smoothly for a "first timer" It did take a little bit longer than I had hoped.
