In July of 2015 I made the stupid decision to drive home w/ friends while I was still under the influence. I was pulled over in Mesa and charged with a DUI. I was under the age of 21 so I blew over the legal limit for my age. The next day after my arrest and they were helped with questions about the entire DUI process. I worked with 2 of the attorneys and they are both great lawyers and helped me not just with my legal issues but how I could get my license back as soon as possible. I had no clue on how to take on this situation, but they simplified all the legal terms I was unfamiliar with and the steps that I had to take to potentially win my case. Their guidance on what to do and their expertise in the courtroom, they managed to win my cases with the MVD so I never had my license suspended and he managed to get my DUI charge dropped down to a reckless driving charge instead which was a relief compared to having a DUI on my record. All the staff and attorneys handled everything in a professional manner and we managed to settle everything in less than 3 months. I highly recommend the entire team for anybody that goes through any situation similar to mine.

It was a pleasure working with Mr. Hogle. In my experience working with him as my defense attorney he was extremely aggressive with the prosecution. My case involved multiple misdemeanor charges. His staff was always prompt in responding to all my questions. The legal team of Mr. Hogle’s was always guiding me step by step throughout the process and showed me the right path. He was very prepared for every meeting and answered any questions I had promptly. No one ever wants to obtain an attorney, go before a judge or be handcuffed and taken to jail and accused of a crime, but it happened to me. I was around the scene of the crime at the time. I had visited with a few other attorneys who told me that this wasn’t going to be a difficult case, and they could do a great job. Mr. Hogle felt like I did that it was going to be difficult to prove my innocence. Attorney Hogle explained everything in detail, what happens if everything goes according to plan as well as the possible bumps. A process that could have taken six months was 2 1/2. This is because everything he said he would do he did.
