I picked this small law firm in hope to get better, more detailed legal service to get my charge dropped. How stupid and naive I was... Lousy, inexperienced lawyer(s) with a tiny (house?) office in the middle of ghetto. That should’ve been a RED FLAG. They pretended to be an upscale law firm, but their skill sets were not capable enough to compete with the big law firm. (Takes on more than they can handle) Do not believe the coupon; they will simply bump up the rate to cover the 10%. (Coupon for legal service? Grocery store?) If you must do businesses with them, make sure you have everything in writing as dealing with all lawyers. Go with a bigger law firm. Do not gamble with you life just to save a few hundred dollar!! Goodluck to you. In the end I had to hire another lawyer to represent me and get my charge dropped. :) Their actual attorney calls them back...every time...not a secretary or assistant. (Thank you Mr.Schwab for cleaning up the mess.)

The Baker Law Firm has been handling my divorce and child custody case. My case was not a simple process due to extenuating circumstances. Mr. Baker and Mr. Borges took what would have otherwise been a horrible mess and handled it with skill and knowledge and did not give up in the face of ongoing battles and issues. They have fought diligently on behalf of me and my children, have given me the courage to stand firm, the guidance to realistically evaluate my needs from the perspective of the law and have treated me with respect and dignity at all times. We are more then thankful with The Baker Law Firm. In February the 6th my husband was falsely accused of multiple felonies. We hired another firm prior to The Baker Law firm, but could not get my husband released even though he was innocent.Our family felt helpless, our children were depressed, so out of desperation, I took a leap of faith. Mid April I contacted Mr. Baker, with a free consultation he answered most of my questions, I decided to switch to his services. Within a week he reviewed all the discovery and set up a Dessauralt Motion, and had my husband released by May 1st. He is more then qualified for any criminal case in my opinion. Now our family is together again. We cannot thank The Baker Law Firm enough.
