Had the opportunity to visit the offices of Platinum Financial today (an All State Insurance seller) located in the Fort Union area. Their new office is a wonderful facility and staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. I was able to sit down with an agent (Niel) to discuss life insurance coverage and the experience was very relaxing and non pressured. Insurance is one of those necessary evils, so if you have to have it anyway, might as well get it through an office that will work for and with you!

Nyla is great. However, after being with them for 10 years, and changing insurance 6 mos ago, trying to get my refund for the earthquake insurance has been horrible!!! He has not been helpful at all! I have called probably 5 times and spoken with the earthquake insurance directly about how to get my refund back for the months remaining under my policy. Has he never done this?? I am quite frustrated actually!!!
