VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!! I have been a very good customer with Vantage for more then 10 years. I have had a GOLD credit card with Vantage for that period of time with a 9% rate. Vantage contacted me the other day to let me know that my rate is now going to go to 18%. Vantage claims that they no longer fund their own credit cards and after a credit review this is my new percentage rate. My credit score has not changed. Further more I have never been late for a payment! I have talk to some friends and they are seeing the same thing with Vantage. DO NOT GET A VISA FROM VANTAGE!!!

I have used vantage since it was EECU had an account since 1985. Once the name changed so did the service. It is not uncommon to wait 20 min+ When there is only 2 other people in line. This bank a huge inconvenience and is now wasting my time. And the needing to speak through a screen inside is impersonal. I am going back to US bank. I would rather pay fees than deal with Vantage.
