I have paid on this policy since 1993 and filed my first claim All the terrible comments are unfortunately very true. It is a terrible thing to watch your love one deal with melanoma cancer and file a claim believing this company will treat you fairly. After sending in 55 pages showing prof they sent a letter asking for more information, codes etc. After calling the number on the letter (which was incorrect) and asking me to sign and complete a form (which was not there) I finally got someone in the claim department who hung up on me. It looks like the only way to get any money out of this company is to sue them. This company is a sham and a disgrace. DO NOT continue to pay your premiums, "cancel" and save yourself the stress of dealing with them I wish I had words to express the anger and sadness I feel toward this company that takes advantage of people and deliberately walks on them for their own profit and gain at a point in their life that is so tragic, submitted by wife Joann

Giving a 1 star review on employment side. They prey on younger guys to earn them their money while the upper guys get to sit back and do little to nothing and make more money than the rest. They also pay you $500 a week for 6 weeks to start off and then you have to pay back the $3,000 later. For a guy like me with bills and paying for hotels and food during the work week, I was unable to make enough money to even cover all of that. Had to quit early to work a job with less expenses and now I owe them over $2,000. I highly recommend NOT working for them. Employment is a scam as far as I’m concerned.

This company needs negative stars. Based in India. Tried to cancel four months ago, I was told they couldnt do it over the phone or email. I had to write a letter. Apparently they lost the letter, and continued to charge my account. Now they are telling me to send in another letter! On top of that they sent me a cancelation fee of $150!?! I only have accident insurance.... this is ludicrous. They will do anything to make $$$. Do not trust this company. Disgusting.

I have paid on my policy for 15 years and I have put to much money into it. So i canceled in march 2016. later I received an answer telling what they would pay me. No check. So I sent a copy of the policy and asked to cancel again. No answer again. now i get a past due notice telling me they will charge me for being over due. They can not seem to get the message?.

The worst customer experience I have ever encountered. They will argue with you and never want to pay an obvious claim. Always an excuse with them. I will never renew with this company again. Stay away!
