I was referred to them through a car purchase and was so impressed with the level of customer service that I have decided to move all my banking to Mountain America. While signing up I worked with Jerri who has been the epitome of friendly, prompt, and thorough customer service. As the face of my banking experience, Jerri has left me with a sense of wanting to earn my business, not just handle my money.
