Horrible. I tried to deposit CASH into my husbands account and they told me NO cause I am not listed on the account. I never asked for a receipt with the account balance on it, only to deposit. What a bunch of crap. Also, they posted that they are closed on July 4th for the holiday, which of course, was expected; however, they failed BIG time by not stating they were closed on the 3rd as well. So while all the employees are having a wonderful holiday, me and my family are stuck at home doing nothing cause we have no access to our money as we have lost our debit card. Sure would have been nice for this to be posted. Shame on you.

DO NOT bank with Weber state Credit union. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional bank in my life. They absolutely ruined our car buying experience. And the upper management made it even worse. 0 help and dishonest. Not the bank I ever want to deal with. They lost a customer for life. And to be more specific it was a loan officer named Gina and a Branch manager named Robin :)

Great place to bank. They may lack some of the resources of a big bank or credit union, but they make up for it with exceptional customer service. I still bank with them even though I live too far to use their own branches -- I use a co-op branch like MACU or Cyprus when I need a brick-and-mortar branch.
