Quick to get you in and out along with friendly staff. But, when we needed a notary, they charged us accordingly to their fee, however, they failed to mention that the transaction would be considered a cash advance using a credit card. Therefore, we were charged an additional fee, unknowingly, from the credit card as a cash advance in which they would not refund. Since Gesa is in the business of customer service, I expect them to be upfront with all forms of charges, therefore a poor rating.

This bank has been extremely good to us. We have accounts and loans through them and the it swill always a smooth and easy process. The only trip up we had was with the mortgage guy at the Gage Blvd branch. He is a bit of a crook and will pull credit and make suggestions that you DO NOT want to do. I filed a complaint but yeah he is still there. Avoid him, but everything else is awesome.

Walked in the main lobby with 1500 dollars to open a new checking account. Had to wait for two employees at the front counter to finish their personal conversation before I was asked what I needed. I was then directed to go sit in a chair and wait for help where after 15 minutes of no one helping me I left. Horrible customer service.

Terrible phone system. Attempted to contact specific people by phone thru the main phone number. Never got past the 25 min wait nor did O get a call back.

The lines are too long. Not to mention when you bring up to employees nothing changes still in line 20 minutes later. Hmmm might need to change banks.
