The wait time at this branch is out of this world... For how many poor reviews this branch has for the wait time, you would think they would do something about it. And to top it off a branch employee skipped over us while we were next in line to help someone else that they knew. On the bright side Jody was great!

I love this credit union but they are so very slow on 2nd street. Also, last time I got cash out I got $600.00. I was very upset because I got 2 $50s, 100 in $20s and the remainder in $5s...WHY??? I hate going to their drive up! Takes forever!

Wait times are terrible! I waited in the drive thru for 35 min. I pulled up i was the only one at the drive thru, now they have a total of 4 cars and no one is being helped. Customer service is great if you can get service!!

Mountain America Banks are pretty great but this office.... the wait time is horrible. I have been going to this branch for about a year and every time the wait time is horrible. Very disappointed in this office.
