This is the biggest scam ever. I signed up for this joke of a warranty unfortunately. My car broke down three weeks ago and I called them to submit a claim after my mechanic determined I needed a new motor. First they demanded oil change records even though what’s with the car has nothing to do with changing the oil. After I submitted those they demanded that my mechanic spend 6 hours taking the entire engine apart which was completely unnecessary. After he did that they denied the claim again and demanded he expose the pistons in the engine. This has been going on for three weeks and there is no end in sight. I can’t even get anyone from the company on the phone they won’t return my messages. Tomorrow I will contact the better business bureau and look into taking legal action. If you don’t take any advice the rest of your life don’t sign up for this scam I’m sorry I did.

Words can’t explain how much I love Omega Auto Care. I had 96500 miles on my car when they offered me an additional 100,000 miles of new car coverage. When I said it was too good to be true because no one else will offer that kind of coverage on a vehicle with almost 100,000 miles on it, the representative just said “we want our customers claims to get paid”. I have had the coverage on my car for almost 2 years now and have never once had a bad experience. In my opinion they have an award winning customer service. Every time I have had to contact with Omega, whether it be for maintenance claims or just a simple question, they have always been extremely knowledgeable and incredibly pleasant with me. I will never choose anyone but Omega Auto Care to cover my vehicle. Thank you Omega Auto Care for being so AWESOME!

Omega has exceeded my expectations on fulfilling claims I made throughout my plan. I have had two separate incidences where I needed my Explorer repaired and have had no issues on getting my vehicle fixed. Each time the process is timely and well organized and the benefits alone almost make it worth it for me. Granted, I do have a great ford dealership I trust, but when your vehicle breaks down it is stressful and Omega always assured me that my vehicle will be taken care of with a sense of urgency. Plus, the added maintenance benefits were nice to ensure my Explorer was in tip top shape to avoid any mishaps. After i got car insurance thru progressive my information was sold to this scam auto warrenty company. They call me everyday presuring me into buying a extentended warrenty. They tell you the name of there company is vehicle service department trying to hide there real name to avoid backlash. I work in a repair shop and saw a lady basic alternator replacment get declined for no reason as she fell victom to these high pressure scam artists this company needs to be investigated and closed and the owners jailed just like U.S. Fidelis! SCAMSCAMSCAMSCAM stay away

Wow! Omega went above and beyond for me and my husband. We were on vacation 900 miles away from home when our transmission went out. We towed it to the closest shop and was prepared to have to fork out a good amount of money. I called Omega and was surprised to hear that all they needed was for the shop to call them. The process was smooth, quick, and easy!! I was able to get a rental car and continue on my vacation all while my vehicle was getting taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone with a vehicle to get a plan!!!!!!!!

i just recently had a claim with Omega Autocare. my car began having engine trouble last week and i called the roadside assistance number in my contract and had the car towed to my mechanics shop. Dean was able to work with the adjusters at Omega and was able to get my vehicle back on the road in 72 hours. With my contract i just paid $100 to my shop to have my fuel pump and injectors replaced Omega took care of the rest.

This Company has been helpful from the start. I spoke with Pat in regards to what my policy covers and he was very informative. After filing my first claim (which took no time at all) I was contacted by another rep just to make sure my experience was going well. She gave me a run down of how the process works and within no time at all I had a claim paid out for over $2300. Use this company you will not regret it!
