They are terrible. I send a $3000 Mobile Deposit to them to fund my account. They took the money immediately out of my old bank and then proceeded to hold my funds for several days. I almost had my mortgage payment bounce because of this. I chatted with them and they finally agreed to release the funds. After they were released for a day, they put them back on hold. It took almost 9 days to have access to my funds that they already had possession of. After emailing them they send me a canned response saying I had agreed to their terms and conditions. Stay away from this bank. Their service is horrible.

Bank of I had a debit card system failure on sept.1. I had orders open at amazon that would not authorize due to the bank systems failure. Then, as they got your system going again, it spit out multiple authorizations and stole my money. Letting the auths time out is not helping me. Bank of I did NOTHING to help me, even though it IS the banks fault. Now I have a deadly hurricane coming right at me, with no money to evacuate. To sum up, Bank of Internet SUCKS! Not satisfied, not safe from huricane irma.

The service is 5 stars; the rates are 4.5 stars; the ease of banking is 5 stars; the free checks, envelopes, deposit tickets are 5 stars. Works great with ING Direct banking. I certainly have not had any problems that were not resolved with total satisfaction. Thank you Bank of Internet USA!

Absolutely love this bank. Have been with the 6 months, they cash my deposits same day or the latest the next day, no fees, no ATM fees, great Customer Service, amazing interface, and 1.25% on my account compared .025%. Incredible experience.

Used to be a great bank, but have lost any resemblance of customer service, added many restrictive policies, and quietly removed great perks that made them a top small bank. Would go with Ally or a credit union instead.

With a name like "Bank of the Internet" I expected to be able to set up and make payments on line. But no, they still do things only by snail mail, phone, and fax. Online services are several years behind the times.
