Today I helped my partner Cindy Sherman take care of some banking. There were 12 people in line so I stood for her in line. There were only 2 tellers available. After about 25 minutes I had moved up 10 places. A young man walked up just as one teller finished and said "Sorry to cut in line" and quickly stepped up to the teller. Instead of telling him to get in line like everyone else, they processed his transaction. As far as I concerned this is terrible customer service.

Went in to get a form notarized was told there is only one notary on staff and she can not see me because she has an appointment on the way. I asked to speak with the manager waited for 5 minutes while watching the one notary laughing and chatting with her co-worker. Horrible service and lazy workers.

Cathy seppanen is rude and when I went to just get a new card all she was doing was rolling her eyes at everyone. After I walked in and went to there little lobby the teller just shouted at me why I was here. Like did the whole store need to know I was depositing cash as well as getting a new card?
