Mr. Tinsley and staff are excellent. Mr. Tinsley saved me and my husbands life from a huge fraud case. We were looking at several years in prison but with Mr. Tinsley knowledge and experience he was able to help us and we were given 10 years of probabtion. We are internally grateful to him and Janet his assistant. They helped us get a 2nd chance at life. I will always seek Mr. Tinsley for any legal advice and I would highly recommend him. He is a very fair man and gives you the good and the bad in every scenario. He always spoke to us in a timely manner and even met us on weekends. When we 1st hired Mr. Tinsley he drove 3.5 hours from Kissimmee to Ft. Lauderdale to come and speak with my husband who was in Jail in the middle of the night only to find out my husbsnd had been transported back to Kissimmee that very night. Mr. Tinsley met with us and turned around and drove back home that very night so he could finally speak with my husband in the morning. This is the type of dedication and work ethic he has and after this happened we knew we wanted no one else to represent us in court.

I was falsely arrested in Orange County and as a single mom told easier to just take a probation plea and after doing so because I lived in Osceola county my probation was here, I never violated my probation the correction officer felt I was not remorseful in my case (I was beat up and arrested by an officer for not talking to him by the way) so the probation officer said I had a V.O.P. and I was arrested and sat in Osceola county jail for two weeks before an attorney could get me a bond hearing and transfer my case. Mr Steve Tinsley had my case transferred within days and then proved in Orange County I was innocent all along... Other attorneys said nothing they could do til i was transferred in the first place. Mr. Tinsley is an aggressive attorney that fights for your legal rights and quickly responds to you as if you are his only client. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and he is affordable compared to some attorneys.

I have known Steve for many years and have had the oppportunity to see him in action. I have worked for several different programs in the Ninth Judicial Circuit. He always seemed to be prepared and truly fought for his clients. He is always very professional and respectful to everyone in court. I have asked him to take on Pro Bono cases for victims of domesti violence and/ or crimes who have mental heath issues. He has never refused.
