At a very difficult time, Mr. Patterson exhibited a very patient, approachable and reassuring disposition as he took whatever time was needed to explain and educate me on the complex bankruptcy process and answer my myriad of questions. Mr. Patterson was always prompt in returning my telephone calls and emails. Throughout this trying time, Mr. Patterson remained supportive. No matter how busy he was, his demeanor was always professional. Mr. Patterson’s staff was adept at what they do, pleasant and helpful. There are moments, more than I would like to admit, that I am tardy for appointments sometimes missing them all together. I will say I have never met a professional more accommodating. I took almost a year and a half to make up my mind. All my questions answered precisely and with professionalism rarely found today.
