It truly was so easy I called today and I got a rate on basic coverage on my car from Fed USA Insurance with Alba Bacallao! It was half the price of what another large insurance company gave me. So I also decided to have my homeowners insurance through them as well. They did everything over the phone and I paid them at the office Cape Coral . I thought when I went in to pay they were going to say the rate was different but it was all the same as on the phone. Thanks Alba at Fed USA Insurance for making it so easy I look forward to renewing my policy next year for my auto and homeowners insurance

Horrible experience. Never notified me when then policy was due, when they did, my wife paid it. To find out three weeks later after they cashed the check, they were sending a refund and canceling the Home Owners. Fed US said they tried calling my cell phone, but after pulling up the records, there was no call. I am currently fighting the forced placed insurance, and awaiting a refund... I should have known better when they did this to me with a condo I owned last year... Good luck if you choose these people!

Alba and Alvaro are both wonderful at assisting my company. Anytime I ask them for certificates they get them out within the hour! They are extremely efficient and always ask what else they can do to assist us. Anytime I have encountered a problem they have solved it quickly.
