A disabled friend and I arrived at the store at 5 am on black Friday. The Foxborogh store was very ,very crowded with shoppers. The parking lots were extremely congested. Mike (with his cane) and I worked our way to the firearms area. Not easy for two semi crippled guys over 60. Then we were told to get in line for the Winchester 22 LR caliber ammo on sale at $25.00 for 500 rounds. Then we heard that the ammo on-hand ( 100 boxes ) had already been sold out ! The flyer said 300 boxes were there. Rain checks were being offered. Mike is not very steady on his feet ,so after ten minutes in the line and not much progress, we decided to leave and not purchase any other items on our lists. I am hopeful that you understand and offer us each a rain check for the ammunition. Thank you Robert Trenholm

Unrelated to any products. My 4 year-old daughter cut her finger on the flip ladder on one of the display boats (probably my fault) and she was crying pretty badly. I carried her to the nearest counter, I think near the fishing rods, and 2 men were there to help. I wish I got their names, because I thought they were great. Not only did they get me a napkin and a band-aid, they helped calm down my daughter and even gave her a few tissues. It was a really nice display of customer service. Thanks, Guys!

My boyfriend and I drove an hour an a half to bass pro to buy a compound bow and the staff was super welcoming and everyone greeted us with a smile ! Lee who works is the bow department was super friendly and full of helpful information !!!! If you ever need help ask for him ! We were very impressed with the amount of time and effort he put into helping us. Will be back again to purchase anything else we need ! Highly recommend this bass pro shop location!!! Wish it was closer to us rather than Cabelas

Bass pro shops had a sale on a ladder stand. In 15 min. it was sold out .A store that size should have more then 35 in stock. Some people come from miles to shop and walked away not very happy.Went to the blue fin for lunch not very happy.Wrong food in my order not cook the way I asked.Asked for water had to get up to find waitress two times.Know one asked how my food was, Or came over to see if we need anything.Will not go back.LOVE THE STORE BUT NOT TODAY.

I neither hunt nor fish but I still love coming here! I come for specialty flashlights, specialty grilling tools or spices, things one might need for a long road trip, fun and funky clothes, extra warm coats and gloves, free photos with Santa, the fish and turtles in the running-river aquarium, and the nature walk around the cranberry bog. Never found a bike rack and it would be treacherous to bike to here any way.

I love the store. I stop by all over the country, Springfield, Mo, St Charles, Mo, Miami, Fl, etc throughout the year, as I travel. I decided to apply for their card today and Steve of Customer Service handled my application professionally and made my shopping a breeze so thank you, Sir. The guys at the fishing department hooked me up too. Great people, indeed.

I called Mr Blake which is the manager today with a problem. He was not in, but the lady I talk to said he would call ,( guess what ) he did call with end a couple of hours from his car. He fix the problem and told me that this was his cell phone and to call him if I had another problem. NOW I CALL THAT SERVICE

Easy to get to, plenty of parking, near Gillette Stadium. Two levels of shopping, snack bar and a restaurant /lounge. Live fish tank, many wildlife displays. Hunting, Fishing, Boats, kayaks, canoes and Camping supplies.

I recentley purchased a Tracker 175txw from Bass Pro Shops in Foxboro, MA. To keep the story short, I do have the boat sitting in my driveway but I will NEVER return to this store; not even to buy a hook. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Always a great place to shop. I get almost all of my fishing needs here. Plenty to choose from, with great deals to be found. Make sure to drop by the trail in the back and take a nice .5 mile stroll through the woods.

Everything is very expensive, the traffic is unbearable on bad days, and the parking lot is a nightmare. They do carry some nice stuff, but the brands are limited, and heavily marked up. More of a tourist destination.

The rudest archery department . Not interested in helping people unless your buying a bow package . They told me to YouTube if you need help about a camera I purchased there. Poor customer service if you ask me.

You can spend a day here. Beautiful and clean. Great selection of guns, with some good deals, but not all of them. Great atmosphere, and have just about everything you could be looking for.

Bass Pro has anything you could possibly need for the outdoors. Once you found what you are looking for, the hours pass by like minutes browsing all the gear.

Awesome store to visit to pick up fishing and outdoor supplies. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time, as there are lots of items that will distract you.
