These guys are unicorns of their profession—an “honest” car accident lawyer who seeks doing what’s right for the client, rather than what’s profitable for him/herself. Quite rare! Incipient resistance from the insurance company of the driver who merged into my lane, causing property damage as I was traveling I-15 S/B Ontario, prompted me to contact their offices for representation; Hal took my call. Following a brief discussion to evaluate the circumstance surrounding my (low dollar) claim, Hal exhorted recovery for damages through Small Claims Court as a better option in my case, rather than filing Civil Suit. The conversation continued for another 20 minutes, as he provided, for my benefit and without cost, information concerning applicable laws and the dos and don’ts in approach when dealing with insurance companies. Thanks to Hal’s (honest and free) advice, liability was accepted within a week, and what could’ve otherwise been a costly and time consuming burden was resolved quickly and painlessly!!!

I came across Accident Attorneys Group while searching Google for someone who could give me information and/or help in dealing with Geico insurance company. They were very informative and let me know that while they could not help me with a property damage case there were some things I could do on my own such as informing Geico of my intent to file a complaint with the California Department of Insurance if they do not Step Up and resolve my issue in a timely manner. I have not yet contacted Geico to push them on my personal issue with them so I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the information I was given but it is a place for me to start that I did not have before. Accident attorneys group was very courteous and professional and should I have a need in the future for an attorneys group with their expertise I will not hesitate to call them first.

Accident Attorneys had all of these qualities and were very easy and convenient to work with. My attorney and his staff were very respectful and honest. They explained any issues my case might have had with me directly and answered any questions that I had. On August 5, I was rear ended while at a traffic light in Oakland, CA. The vehicle rear ended me because another car rear ended that car. I sustain minus injuries to neck, back and shoulders.
