Lack of customer service and changes on account made without my permission granted. I called multiple times to find out how much it would be to add my wife to the account/policy, and I never received an exact amount, only an estimate, and they added her to the account/policy without giving me a total charge, along with my approval. I have called these guys numerous times and constantly told that they will call me back and never did, so I had to take matters into my own hands and switch insurance companies.
