Three days ago, on a Thursday off, my husband and I decided to check out the show room at the HD shop off Market Street in Wilmington, NC. As soon as we were within reach of the door, we were welcomed by Jeff! Jeff has an honest face and is a man of true character and integraty. (More people should be like Jeff) After choosing a few personalized options to add to my brand new 2016 HERITAGE SOFTTAIL CLASSIC, I am proud to announce that I am a first time buyer of the most beautiful Harley Davison I have ever laid my eyes on! Thank you Jeff. However, Jeff could not do his job if it was not for the most amazing staff I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Not only are they friendly, they are extremely professional and honest.. I would like to give a personal thanks to Lisa (my personal stylist), Keith (my accessories guy and mechanic) Ben (my mechanic), and April, (a woman with an amazing memory and willingness to go above and beyond the job title to help me find exactly what I want)! Buying a bike here was flawless. They rescued me from another dealer, no hassle, easy to buy. I left there as happy about the experience as I did the bike. The worst Harley shop on this planet. The owners are not bikers they are plumbers from New York. High price for new bikes and parts. Rude unfriendly owners and most of the staff. Demand Travis for your technician if you have to go there he is top notch and an awsome guy Travis is truly one of the good guys. Every thing else at this stealership is awful.

I have bought two motorcycles from Jeff (Sales Mgr) and the experience was great. In addition the service, parts and clothing departments are excellent and willing to make recommendations that saved me money from what I had intended to buy. I would definately recommend this dealer and will likely buy from them again (as soon as I expand my garage :)

My husband and I rode are Harley to NC from Ohio. Half way here are air shocks went out on are 2015 ultra classic limited. The Coastal Harley shop got us in right away and fixed the problem at no charge under our warranty. It will make the rest of our trip and ride home much more comfortable. I just moved down to Wilmington and bought my first HD from a private owner. Had to bring it in today for service and was extremely impressed by the Service dept. It came in on the hook and they were able to get me in and repaired within 90 minutes. Top notch and at a great price! Thanks Vince!

Traveling from about 3 hours away on a Saturday, my front tire on my Honda Goldwing started shredding . There was no way I could make it back on that tire. Stopped by this shop at 2pm. They had a new tire on AND washed my bike. Done by 4pm. Friendly staff.

Stopped by this shop was just going to get a poker chip but they had a fairly good selection of HD . Ended up getting a new pair of riding glasses and my wife got a shirt they had quite a few she liked unlike many other stores
