If you want to buy clothes, they are okay to fairly expensive. So you might be okay. HOWEVER, if you need your bike serviced... stay away from this place! I had to have a new motor installed on our last trip to Sturgis. It all went well and I took my bike here to get the new motor checked over and tweeked. They insisted that I needed to put on an "upgrade" to the bike. It was to take three (3) days. After two (2) weeks of getting the run-around, I was told the bike was ready. Went to pick it up, and had to wait 3-hours because they were still putting it back together. After waiting until 10-minutes before they closed and then paying over $1,200 I was given my bike back. I rode it for just a few minutes and it had no power. Went back and they had closed. Took it back the next morning, told them the problem and left them with the bike. Long story short (ha ha), THEY KEPT IT ANOTHER WEEK AND I FOUND OUT THEY HAD INSTALLED THE WRONG PARTS (SENSOR AND ECU) ON MY BIKE! They had no idea, I found it and told them. Got it all un-done and them the money was an issue. They wanted to keep the fees for parts and labor for messing up the bike. They are crooks, so DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

i had bought two bikes from this place . there is one newer service person that is just a total lire. lied about when it would be done lied about what was wrong, the cost , was a complete ass. when i told him what was wrong with the bike ( would have fixed it my self if i had the electronic equipment) thinks he know every thing and treats you like some person that never seen a bike before. had my bike for all most 3 weeks to fix a 90 cent part. this place has gone down hill. Never coming back i will even get my parts elsewhere thanks to this one service person. ya i am talking about you Phil.

Had an excellent experience with the whole staff. Tom and Phil were great in the service area along with the mechanics. Got me in while a waited several times and the clothing staff was very helpful. Jerry and the other sales people are also very informative and helpful. Front desk gal is very friendly and enjoyed my conversation with her while I waited. Parts department also answered all questions and showed me around. Thank you!!

Well I buy all my Harley parts there for the most part and a couple of my friends that have or still do work there and seem to enjoy it. People are very polite and helping with all your needs. A very good choice of people. And their Vip membership can and does save a lot on you purchases and also labor. Everything in the store. Plus there are other stuff you are invited to attend. So check it out for yourself.

Did not buy my bike here but come for parts and accessories whenever I can. The staff is knowledgeable and is training a few young guys in who take a little longer to find parts but hey everyone starts somewhere! I love my MVP membership. Saved more money than it cost by almost double. If you need something ordered in they are a tad slow on the call back but other then that I really like coming here.

This is one of the best harley shops my family and I have ever been to. We are from out of town and do lots of traveling, and therefore have been to tons of shops. Not only is it a huge shop with a large selection of merchandise, but the staff is wonderful. Very helpful, knowledgeable and personal. Keep up the great work!!! We will definitely be returning!

Why in the world do you have to pay to get a discount? They would rather hook you into some stupid points membership than help sell you a bike. They give bigger discounts to their customers on Ebay than they do to local people shopping in their store. We walked around without being helped or even acknowledged. This place is a joke.

I walked in looking for a starter bike and Abigail and Eddie guided me in the right direction and narrowed it down. They answered all of my questions about the bike I was looking at and programs that they have about riders safety. They also told me about the necessary equipment needed to ride safely. Definitely coming back!

I tried to buy something via ebay from them, they collected my money, never sent the item and did not respond to any e-mails. This is not the kind of service I would expect from any reputable HD dealer. I do not know how good their shop service is, but would never consider buying from them again.

Call to have my wheels and tires mounted and the guy said bring them in and when I got there they said they would not mount my tires cause I bought them some where else after I drove an hour one way to get them installed. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!

I can only speak of the service department. Great customer service. They make it a point to make sure your service is appreciated. I could buy the same stuff for cheaper on ebay. I specifically go in because they take good care of me.
