Bought my 2017 Roadster there. Jerry and Shawn were awesome and made my purchase experience painless. I asked for a test drive on an 883 and the roadster. They let me try both of them and I quickly made up my mind after being on the fence for a couple of years. I left my "learner " bike there and they offered to take it to my house. They deliver it next day. I got to ride my new bike after the purchase. Truly a memorable experience (I had not been to a dealership to buy a new vehicle in over 10 years). The ringing if the bell and the staff congratulating me was awesome too. Overall it was great customer service, painless processing of paperwork and the best: a new Harley Davidson motorcycle to my name

Most of the people I dealt with thru Windy city group were nice. But can only give them three stars took a riders class, we were told that if we bought a motorcycle from them we would get our money back in parts or merchandise. This was a factor in my purchase.Bought a $17,000 motorcycle from them. And asked AFTER the deal was made. How do I go about getting my money back? I was given the run Around for a month. Never saw a dime of that money. The funny thing is they had the bike for a week before they delivered it, I would have spent more money on parts and paid them to install them had they done what they said they would do. Poor customer service.

Had my bike taken in for yearly check and oil change. They said the bike was ready a week earlier but weather was not good for the test ride they do before finishing a job. Weather improved and i requested to pick up the bike on Wed. Got called out of town and ended up going to pick it up on Fri. Was told bike was still not tested and i would need to wait another hour or so. After waiting i left the dealership and got about 1 Mile before running out of gas. Fyi i left them with a half a tank. They did give me a discount but i still feel the frustration and poor communication was not worth it. Will not be going back to this location.

Needed my intake gaskets replaced and bike detailed, gaskets were not installed, they were sitting on top of the battery, front and bottom of saddle bags never touched, wrinkle finish on engine had white residue from sloppy wax job, TOTALLY rip off
