Was on two week trip, had nocking noise coming from motor, so i stopped in the nearest shop wich was this one, the mechanic told me i needed to change the oil, wich i told him i just changed before i left couple thousand miles ago, told him it was prob the cam tensioners, never had the upgrade done on the 88cubic motor, so he asked if i wanted to have them looked at, i said yes, comes back 15 min later said he cant get one of the bolts off of muffler to take cover off, said it would be fine, just change oil when im done with trip, pretty sure motor not suppose to knock for fun, so anyways he knew what was wrong and didnt want to work on it, i got out about 70 miles to dutch john utah bike broke down shut off on me, had to get towed to vernal utah harley, mechanic there had no problem getting bolts off..hmm...anyways cost me a lot of money to get fixed and towed, all could of been prevented if your mechanic would of done his job Terrible Service, From reading other reviews dont understand why anyone would do business with this dealer.

These guys are the FRIENDLIEST Dealer I have been to. When we came in the store the staff asked us if we wanted refreshments and showed us around. Also Dennis Laughlin treated us like family. We were buying a motorcycle they had in their shop from another customer and through the transaction there were a few road blocks. Dennis made sure we were able to do what we needed to do using his resources. This dealership is a must stop by and see on your way through Green River. Thanks for making Harley Great Again.

These guys are amazing! They went above and beyond to help us out when no one else around would. We were broke down. They were able to help get our bike to their shop and store it until we could come back to pick it up. Then opened their shop on their day off so we could make it home. The general manager and the sales manager helped me out with my trade in and had me on my new bike and on the road very quickly! Hard to believe but my Harley broke down during a trip to Yellowstone. Kathy was a great help and got us in for service. Kent went above and beyond to get that bike fixed and on the road. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for saving our trip.
