My experience with Hebets and McCallin Law Firm far exceeded my expectations. I originally started my case in Arapahoe County with representation from another law firm, however, after 5 months of being treated with disrespect and completely over charged I searched for new representation. I came across Hebets and McCallin Law Firm. Immediately after contacting the law firm I was made a priority and an appointment was set up. Hebets and McCallin began exceeding my expectations in my first meeting, as I could already tell that I was dealing with very experienced and knowledgeable attorneys. They worked with my financial situation by being extremely fair and helpful with the charges for their services. Mr. Hebets did not hesitate to become involved with me and my case; he was very understanding and incredibly respectful of my wishes and opinions from the start. Mr. Hebets was very prompt in responding to my inquiries and answering all of my questions. When it came time for trial, the entire law firm was involved in preparing for my trial. With multiple charges, including three misdemeanors and one felony, the prospect of maintaining and furthering my career was in jeopardy. With that being said, the prospect of trial was terrifying. However, my fear was put at ease by Mr. Hebets as he inspired a great amount of confidence throughout my entire case, but especially during trial. My experience with Hebets and McCallin Law firm was exceptional. My only regret is that I did not have Mr. Hebets representing me from the very beginning of my case. I am very happy with the results of the case, and there is no doubt in my mind that Mr. Hebets did everything in his power to obtain the best outcomes for me. contacted Colin McCallin after receiving a DUI. At first, I was skeptical as I had never needed a lawyer before however Colin and his team made the process bearable and in the end, we got great results! Every step of the way, Colin explained the process and what reasonable results were at the time. He consistently went above and beyond what I expected of him to make me feel comfortable and understand the process. Despite all odds, Colin persisted into the investigation of my case and discovered a mishandling of evidence that ultimately ended the case right then and there. As I am in the military, getting this charge dismissed was not only crucial for my career but also challenging as my schedule required me to be away frequently during the process. Over the course of 7 months, Colin arranged to represent me at any and all hearings that I could not attend as well as help me communicate with my family what was going on where I deemed necessary. I was incredibly impressed with Colin’s optimism, genuine care, and ambitious attitude. Even the receptionist was sweet and pleasant to talk to every time. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience or better results from the situation. There is no doubt in my mind that I would give Colin McCallin five stars and strongly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a tight situation regarding DUI, etc.

I retained Russell Hebets in my case after contacting several law firms. When speaking to other law firms, they were pessimistic about my case and didn’t seem be interested in the facts or truth. Upon talking with Russell, I knew immediately that he was the one to represent me. He was interested in the case and gave me a considerable amount of support and was very confident that we could obtain a positive outcome. This year I was wrongfully accused of Assault with D.V as well as assault 3. After interviewing several potential attorneys for legal representation, I chose to work with Colin McCallin. I would like to take an opportunity to write a recommendation to Collin McCallin. I am an international student from Indonesia. I decided to get a dog for the first time in U.S.around February 2011. Three months after that, I got a ticket for leaving my dog in a car for 15 minutes. I was very surprised and unaware of the situation. I received a massive speeding ticket on my motorcycle in probably the harshest municipality in Denver: Lakewood!
