We had a criminal complaint that needed to be defended rigorously. Kevin Cahill was the third attorney we consulted. He was not the most expensive, or the least expensive. His straight to the point, matter-of-fact attitude is what sold us on this attorney. Our case in particular mattered very much to us, as a guilty verdict would have permanently changed our life as we knew it. Well, let me tell you that Kevin was WORTH EVERY PENNY! We wound up having to go to trial, which can be very scary. Kevin walked us through the entire process and made us understand everything, whether it could be negative or positive. He gave us his cell number and made time for us whenever we needed him, even late at night. He speaks very well, not too eloquent so the jury can’t understand him, just real, and to the point! He is a great trial lawyer. Very specific, asking only what really mattered. He was able to take the thesis point and run with it repeatedly bringing the jury back to the exact same conclusion every time. His closing argument was well thought out and planned perfectly! It was so easy for the jury to understand how this event simply did not occur! And we got the NOT GUILTY verdict we were seeking. Even the judge afterwards thanked him for being so professional and good at his job. The judge told him that the state isn’t training the D.A.’s to explain things so well to the jury as Kevin was obviously trained to. The judge was very impressed, as were we. I thank God we found the right attorney, and if you need help in a criminal matter, rest assured that he will help you, fight for you, and do an amazing job at trial if that is what your case needs. It is important to have an attorney that truly wants to win, not someone who just represents you. I will definitely use Kevin again if we have any further criminal matters, and I will highly recommend him to everyone I know!
