My experience with Hansen Law Firm was great from start to finish. We reached out to Nick Hansen on short notice as we saw he had experience with contractor disputes and were in the middle of a dispute that we needed to resolve quickly. Nick was able to give us some immediate guidance and clarify some things that we were unclear about on how the law or our contract worked. We never had to meet with him, we just communicated over email and phone. Once we made a decision to move forward with a settlement agreement he was able to draft it up for us over the weekend (when the Broncos were in the playoffs!), which allowed us to send it to our contractor for his review on Sunday night and get his agreement by Monday morning and then get it signed on Tuesday morning. The settlement agreement he drew up was perfect, and he made sure to use phrasing and terminology that would not offend our contractor and cause him to back out of the deal. Over all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this firm.
