If I could give this firm zero star, I would without any hesitations. Not only Mr. Cimino showed up 30 mins late to our first appointment, but he also did not promise any of the requests I was hoping for my case. In addition, he is very rude. I went to the meeting with my mom as an interpreter since she does not speak fluent English. What I got from him is that he was being very rude to my mom during the meeting like ignoring her and asking me to translate for her without waiting for my mom to finish talking. At the end of the day, they are not very professional and I would not recommend Mr. Cimino to anyone.

My experience with John Cimino is that I have heard him speak at a conference, I have helped with some of his hearings, and I have spoken to him on several occasions about bankruptcy cases and legal issues. He has always been knowledgeable, helpful and passionate about bankruptcy and his clients. He also has experience in areas outside of bankruptcy and I believe that that helps him have a well rounded approach. I would certainly recommend him.

Went for a free consultation yesterday and wont be returning. They claim they help with the public if they cant afford their $1,500 upfront fee, but half way in the meeting the laywer start asking how much i am paying today even thou I informed him I barly have my rent money this month. I will never recomend this Laywer for any one who is down and needs help.
