I wish I could give no stars to AAA. I cancelled my service with them because one accident and my rates shot up so high. I found a different provider and AAA called me saying that I still owed them money. I asked for a copy of the bill or invoice and still have not received one. I was speaking to a woman about the bill and she hung up right in the middle of our conversation. When I called her back she just said, "We were done talking." Not true. I also told them to cancel every type of insurance I had through them and I just found out they charged me to renew my renters insurance today. Completely pissed with the company. Get it together and stop harassing your customers.

Do not use AAA for home owners insurance! I had a massive leak under my kitchen sink that caused a lot of damage. The adjuster from AAA said that it was my responsibility. After 17 years without a claim they deny me when I needed them the most. USELESS company that tries to get out of paying any claims. Look up all the complaints made to consumer affairs. They also raised my rates.

AAA has saved my bacon many times over the 34 years I have been driving. They are fast, courteous and have kept me on the road. I once used another service offered by a car insurance agency that also began with A. I was NOT in good hands with them as the two times I needed them they could not locate where I was even though one time it was at Los Angeles International Airport!
