I had a incident happen when i was on vacation, but i told myself not to worry because i had a great insurance company and a great group of professionals back home that will take care of me, and they did.. I love my Karen Teske Allstate family and would not trade them for the world. Shout out to my man Randy and even down to the guy who did the drive through inspection.. Everyone was great...

They were extremely helpful and speedy with my service. I called wanting a policy for auto insurance and renters insurance and they helped me get a policy the same day. There were no outrageous hoops to jump through and all the representatives I spoke with were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended and will continue to purchase through them.

This agency put me in a position of added financial stress due to negligence in giving me false information concerning a future payment draft. An effort was not even made to try to remedy the situation. The attitude of the agent was rude to say the least. I do not like being lied to. I would NOT recommend them due to lack of integrity.
