My wife and I had been with our previous insurance company for over 10 years. Since we were building a new home we decided to check out some other insurance companies to see if we could save some money. Allstate was one of the first few that we called. We spoke with TJ and Michael. Both were very friendly and helpful. After reviewing everything we actually raised our coverage and saved several hundred dollars per year over our previous insurance company. Great job guys.

I recently contacted Dave Smith to help me out with my auto and renters insurance. The staff at the office was very helpful, extremely friendly and helped explain all of my coverage options, and were able to save me nearly 40% from my previous insurance company. In addition to saving me money, they were also able to double my coverage limits and got me a great rate on life insurance. I would highly recommend this agency to anybody looking for better service or better rates.

Horrible service!!!! We moved out of state and requested the insurance to be changed to utah. They created a new policy and did not cancel the previous one. We have been double charged for 3 months now, called the agent - who is never there- left a message for Mike Smith (who did not returned the call), CSR said h would fix it and nothing! Finally filed a complaint directly with Allstate! Shame shame shame!!!!

I switched from Progressive to Allstate and David was able to save me $30 a month plus I have better coverage then I did with Progressive! David was very helpful and made sure I understood what each point of my policy meant towards my future coverage. I would highly recommend talking with David and using this insurance office if anyone is thinking about getting more information about using Allstate coverage.
