I can’t thank you enough for how efficient, patient and informative you and your colleague have been to me during this process of selecting State Farm to cover me with my auto and coop insurance. I regret not having come to you in the first place. It only helps me appreciate you and State Farm all the more. You have helped make a process I dreaded dealing with turn into a pleasant, learning experience. Going through this process with you is also making me more excited for the closing of my “new home” on Tuesday. It has been a long time in coming and I cannot believe that it is almost here. In the beginning everything was great. Had 3 auto insurance, rental and life insurance. As months went by I would recieve random new fees on my bill. Lastly, they decided to raise my quote by a large amount, nobody took the time to let me know my upcoming bill was going to be more. I immediately cut it off and now i am with geico.
